How our pricing works
We tell you the price on the phone before anyone is dispatched. What we do not do is advertise a very low figure to get a technician to your door and then present a different number once you have waited in the cold.
That practice is widespread enough in this trade to be worth naming. The pattern is a headline price that applies to almost nothing, a technician who arrives and cites unforeseen complications, and a final bill several times the quote.
